Facebook is not a game anymore!!!

Facebook now-a-days has become a really boring thing. Maybe because I have been using it more than a 4 years now, I find it boring. But talking to many of my friends gave my thought a strong backup. They also feel the same way. For some reason, they also find it a little less interesting to browse facebook now. Privacy is an issue here.

We all want a safe and secured facebook id. No one would ever want to see his/her id been hacked. But there is a certain limit to everything. No one would like it if s/he misses a post just because his/her friend is a little over-protective! Many people are also annoyed to see new changes almost daily. Now-a-days, we receive a lots of new notifications about privacy and almost everyday we see facebook not working properly because maintenance is underway!!!

Timeline feature is good in some senses. You get to see things like a TIMELINE! What I don’t understand is what the hell is wrong with that old facebook outlook?! Your friends, messages and many other options at the left hand side and profile picture at the top and also no cover picture. I mean what’s the point of a cover photo when you already have an option of profile picture?! To me, timeline was really not necessary.

Blue! Mother earth faced several tsunamis, countries were born, legends died. But facebook still has the same color presentation. Blue! Isn’t there anymore suitable color on earth that could represent facebook better? Or why not give each user freedom to choose the color of his/her own fb id? No one could know!

What’s on your mind? Whenever you take a look at your status bar, you see this question. Now imagine a situation. One day you get home after getting beaten by 10 people on the street! Can you write a status about what is in your mind actually? Isn’t it a little bit irritating to see this same question out there every time? Facebook likes to change things more often right? Than why not change this theme???

Technology is advancing. So is life. People now depend vastly on tech. And to keep people busy with mobile, chatting options like viber, whatsapp have come out. These social applications are very well managed and people are preferring them more than facebook now. Of course they will! After all you don’t need to share all your information and privacy statement is more strict in these applications.

In the end, I would like to say that whatever happens, facebook is and will be a very important part of our lives for a long time. We pass the exam, we put a status. We go on a date, we upload pictures. We protest to something, we create an event. We like a content, we share it’s link. Whatever we do, wherever we go, facebook follows us everywhere. So irrelevant of how much boring it has become now, we will live with it. Cause to be honest, facebook is a part of our lives we can not be normal without it now!
